House rules

The reservation becomes final after the transfer of 30% of the total price. Our prices are in HUF and include VAT.

The reservation fee does not include the IFA, which amounts to 480 HUF / person / night.

Before arrival, we will send you a data request by e-mail, which you are asked to fill out and return — this is necessary due to the data provision obligation to the NTAK.

Check-out: between 01:00 and 10:00. You must leave the apartment by 10:00 on the day of your trip and please return the key to the key safe.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you leave before the agreed date, we will not be able to refund the accommodation fee.

The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people agreed in advance. If your friends would like to visit, please inform us in any case.

Children of any age are welcome, however we cannot provide cots or extra beds.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments — this also applies to electrical, smoke-free devices. It is permitted on the terrace and in the open air.

Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and noisy activities are not permitted.

Between 22:00 and 08:00 it is forbidden to disturb the peace with noise. Our neighbors are resting during these hours, please respect this. The jacuzzi is available until 22:00.

Jacuzzi usage rules: It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks into the jacuzzi!

We cannot accommodate pets either in the building or in the yard.

• Eating is prohibited in the jacuzzi, always close the lid after use.
• Always use the air conditioner with the windows closed.
• When leaving the apartment, close all doors and windows, turn off the lights, and only operate cooling and heating devices with the windows and doors closed.
• Please take care of the equipment - any material damage will be reimbursed directly to us. You are responsible for your valuables.
• When grilling in the garden, be careful and pay attention to the weather: start in calm weather, prepare fire extinguishing water, and check that there are no unguarded embers left.

• We ask that you take all food and drink leftovers with you and return the apartment in its original condition.
• Use the tools provided to maintain order and empty the trash regularly.
• If you have any problems during your stay, please let us know immediately — we will not be able to help you once you leave.
